Mold material:cutting edge,concave mold is cr12,the rest is 45# steel or Q235 steel.

Heat treatment requirement:cutting edge,concave mold HRC58~62

Surface roughness requirements of mold:cutting edge Ra≤0.8,others Ra≤3.2
